Job Description

Provide a high level of customer service to customers, distributors and our field staff.  Manage orders, generate quotations and general correspondence, and respond to inquiries regarding order status, shipments, and returns.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Enter product orders into database.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding order, shipment, or return status.
  • Process returned goods authorizations.
  • Generate customer quotes for products and service contracts.
  • Interact with Customers (Internal and External) in a friendly professional manner.
  • Work on special projects as needed.




Skills/Requirements
  • Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years related experience in customer service department.
  • Able to communicate proficiently with customers, sales team and Corporate personnel at all levels
  • Familiarity with SAP strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, required
  • Must possess good troubleshooting skills to resolve customer service issues.
  • Able to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work in a very busy department.
  • Ability to stagger working hours, if needed.
