Provide a high level of customer service to customers, distributors and our field staff. Manage orders, generate quotations and general correspondence, and respond to inquiries regarding order status, shipments, and returns.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter product orders into database.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding order, shipment, or return status.
- Process returned goods authorizations.
- Generate customer quotes for products and service contracts.
- Interact with Customers (Internal and External) in a friendly professional manner.
- Work on special projects as needed.
