Position Summary:

This role is the finance partner to some of our SG&A teams.  The purpose of the role is to provide analysis & reporting to functional teams on operational results and to help functional teams on budgeting and forecasting processes.  In addition, this position will be the owner of all headcount reporting & analysis.  The Financial Analyst will report to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

 Responsibilities:

  • Detailed budget and forecast development with functional teams
  • Reporting and analysis on actual results.  Present results to functional teams
  • Provide organization weekly & monthly headcount reporting.  Included within this is acting as a liason to HR to understand all headcount activity (additions, subtractions & transfers) and then to incorporate knowledge into financial planning software.
  • Report weekly on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the business
  • Development & global support of standardized cost center reporting
  • Participate in month-end closing process including booking accruals & other entries
  • Develop & provide improvements to processes and analysis




Skills/Requirements

 Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration.  MBA is preferable.
  • 2 – 5 years working in FP&A
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Strong Excel
  • Strong Communication & Presentation skills
  • Proven capability of financial partnering with operating departments
