Job Description

In this newly created position, you will report to the Director of HR Operations, and collaborate with the entire HR team.  You will be a subject matter expert on whom stakeholders can rely for input and guidance to resolve system and process challenges related to SuccessFactors and other HR systems.  The ideal candidate is someone who can take a project and run with it with minimal guidance from leadership, but who knows when to escalate and make others aware of decisions, or seek input. The person who will be best suited to this role will demonstrate good judgement, be willing to take calculated risks, build a strong network to engage in solving complex problems, and thrive on the challenge of switching gears across multiple projects simultaneously.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Lead workstreams to implement, enhance, and monitor the application configurations of our global HR system, Successfactors.

·       Accurately execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of applications prior to deployment

·       Coordinate and provide post-implementation support and training department administrators and other HR system users

·       Work with and address ad hoc user requests in a timely manner and have the leadership to suggest next step and solutions

·       Seek ways to improve internal processes and work with team members at varying levels in the organization to implement these process improvements

·       Implement audits and metrics to measure data quality and the efficiency of HR transactional processes

·       Discover inefficiencies in business processes impacting HR data management and Implement required process improvements

·       Partner with Information Technology (IT) to identify and resolve any technical issues impacting HR data integration

·       Oversee functional testing for all HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance

·       Responsible for creating, editing and preparing regular reports and dashboards on workforce metrics





Skills/Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree

·       2+ years of HCM experience, Successfactors experience is a plus

·       5+ years of Human Resources experience

·       Enthusiasm for HR technology and data while being a collaborative team player

·       Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint

·       Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

·       Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Ability to handle highly confidential information with sensitivity and utmost accuracy.
