We are looking for a positive, self-motivated and confident individual that has strong attention to detail to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of senior recruiters and is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building internal and external relationships - often providing candidates with their first impression of ABIOMED.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate candidate interviews for the recruiting team (extensive scheduling, including travel arrangements as needed)

Greet and facilitate site tours for candidates visiting the ABIOMED facility as needed

Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings.

Identify and implement improvements to the candidate experienceand scheduling process

Provide regular activity reports

Manage job posting activities through Applicant Tracking System and recruitment tools

Ensure the function is compliant with all federal and state employment laws

Assist with candidate onboarding process

Participate and lead initiatives such as, diversity, college, co-op and internship outreach

Research upcoming networking, diversity and veteran events for team assignment

Explore relevant competitive data & talent-related information for team distribution
