As Investor Relations Assistant you will report to the Director of IR and assist the Chief Financial Officer.
In this role you must have strong, organization and communications skills with reliable attention to detail. You must understand the etiquette required to interact with investors and executives and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all level of employees, both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for the logistics and preparation around management marketing and roadshows events, earnings periods and calendar management. You will also be responsible for travel and expense reports. Specific IR oriented tasks may also include event planning, email communications, excel database and powerpoint creation, updates and maintenance.
In the beginning, this role will include a large amount of administrative work to support the Director of IR and Chief Financial Officer, while allowing for specific training of the IR business. If successful, this person will have the potential for upward mobility into an IR Associate role. A naturally curious and self-starting individual will excel in this role.

Coordinate investor and sell-side interactions, including bank conferences, roadshows, investor day, quarterly earnings calls and tradeshow events.

Coordinate onsite investor meetings and calendaring of investor and analyst calls

Create and update investor relations materials using Excel and Powerpoint

Assist in developing quarterly and annual results communications including financial results, press releases, key messages and Q&As.

Manage earnings call logistics

Collaborate internally across functions, including legal and corporate communications

Maintain global shareholder targeting documents and database

Track investor meeting databases

Track and create summaries of sell-side analysts’ research to be distributed to the executive team

Proofread and aid in the compilation of initial drafts of investor summaries to brief executives ahead of investor events

Manage the investor relations website and any website changes, if necessary

Maintain marketing and travel calendars as needed

Support the greater financial team, as needed
