Job Description

This position is responsible for coordinating meetings, events, arranging travel and running reports for multiple direct reports to the VP/GM of Marketing. Successful candidates will be forward thinking, anticipate needs and able to work well in a fast-paced environment, either independently or as a collaborative team.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule and help coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, teleconferences and travel
  • Assist with projects that require analysis, organization and research
  • Organize and coordinate all travel, transportation, hotel and meeting arrangements as required
  • Create Purchase Requisitions as needed
  • Manage the use of the Department Purchasing Card
  • Generate reports from SAP and SalesForce.com on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Enter data into SPR system
  • Support VIP consultants with submitting hours and travel arrangements as needed
  • Provide additional administrative support to Executive Assistant as needed
  • Special projects as assigned

 





Skills/Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • 2 years of related work experience desired
  • Must be computer savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy and achieve deadlines under pressure
  • Must have outstanding attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment is essential
  • Must be proactive and have admirable sense of follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SAP and SalesForce.com reporting a plus
