This position is responsible for coordinating meetings, events, arranging travel and running reports for multiple direct reports to the VP/GM of Marketing. Successful candidates will be forward thinking, anticipate needs and able to work well in a fast-paced environment, either independently or as a collaborative team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule and help coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, teleconferences and travel

Assist with projects that require analysis, organization and research

Organize and coordinate all travel, transportation, hotel and meeting arrangements as required

Create Purchase Requisitions as needed

Manage the use of the Department Purchasing Card

Generate reports from SAP and SalesForce.com on a weekly and monthly basis

Enter data into SPR system

Support VIP consultants with submitting hours and travel arrangements as needed

Provide additional administrative support to Executive Assistant as needed

Special projects as assigned
