The Senior Maintenance Technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance as directed by their manager to ensure the quality, appearance and safety of the facility and product.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair duties, including light carpentry, basic electrical & plumbing, HVAC, grounds maintenance and arranging furniture and partitions.
Assist employees with internal moves.
Work with outside contractors.
Ability to be on call as needed.
Skills/Requirements
Job Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent experience required
HVAC license strongly preferred
Facility maintenance management experience
Strong familiarity of building codes and regulations
Strong organizational skills in managing project schedule
Have excellent communication & customer service skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to utilize basic math skills
Execute tasks in a timely manner under supervision.
Familiarity with building trade groups and work rules
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of SAP desired.
