Ideally, You Also Have:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience
  • Advanced knife handling skills
  • An understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards


Pastry production is responsible for the daily preparation and production of bread mise en place, breakfast pastries, frozen items and pastry products for dessert service  & banquets. The items you produce are served in 3 properties: Marta, Caffe Marchio & Vini e Fritti. Pastry cooks may work in a variety of techniques including, but not limited to frozen items, gelatos, doughs, laminated doughs, cakes, cookies and bread.  Pastry Cooks typically have several duties that revolve around helping the kitchen stay clean and operational.
