Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or Finance or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Three or more years of work experience in reinsurance accounting.
- Excellent working knowledge of property and casualty reinsurance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Microsoft suite knowledge including strong Excel skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Recommended Qualifications:
- CPCU, AIAF, MBA and ARE certifications a plus.
- Experience using Workday is a plus.
- Experience using SQL is a plus.
