Two to four years’ experience as an administrative assistant or office manager is preferred. Previous experience working directly for a director level administrator is strongly desired. Previous budget, event management, and/or marketing experience a plus.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Proficient in Excel spreadsheet creation and maintenance; including graphs and data analysis. Proficient in Word; writing business letters and press releases. Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner is required.
Pay Range $16.57 - $17.19
