Shift: Evening Shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.)

Location: Falls Church, VA

Pay: We offer a competitive pay for RN Supervisors ($45-$50/hour) plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a $3/hour shift differential! 

Job Duties

• Is responsible for the oversight of residents and team members on the Health Care Center.
• Collaborates with charge nurses and other health professionals in planning health care regimens and delegates nursing intervention as appropriate.
• Provides clinical supervision of nursing care delivery and responds to emergencies on the Health Care Center and throughout the community.
• Conducts rounds to clinical areas to determine conformity to standards of resident care, adherence to Goodwin Living policy and objectives, as well as state and federal regulations.

 Job Requirements  

• Must be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program 
• Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence 
• Must have current CPR certification
