POSITION OVERVIEW

Goodwin Living is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Business Partner to support its Home and Community Based Services division. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies focused on talent acquisition, talent management, team member engagement, and onboarding.
 
The ideal candidate will function operationally and strategically, use metrics to assess and develop new HR strategies, oversee full life cycle recruitment of full-time, part-time, PRN, and intern hiring process relationships to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment, introduce creative recruitment and retention solutions, and assist with other HR duties, as needed. 
 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited university, preferably with an emphasis in HR
  • 3+ years of human resources generalist experience
  • Exceptional computer skills, with a high level of proficiency with HRIS Systems
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law
  • HR certification preferred.
