Job Description:
Qualified applicants will be able to contribute in multiple facets of the manufacturing operation by being relied on to conduct assembly, test, dthe position may be the position may be subjectable to multiple shifts. subjectable to multiple shifts. ebug/troubleshooting, inspection and operation of a variety of test and assembly equipment with proficiency.

Skills/Requirements
Electronic, Mechanical and Electro-mechanical assembly.
Installs components and sub-assemblies in accordance with provided work instructions.
Assembles printed circuit boards following specifications and work instructions.
Uses electronic, hand powered, and pneumatic tools.
Keeps accurate records for build information, anomalies, defects and test data.
Maintains all manufacturing related equipment and facilities.
Contributes to the workplace organization initiatives.
Operates standard laboratory test equipment and automated test systems.
Operates environmental test equipment
Provides feedback to manufacturing engineers on ways to improve procedural steps and process implementation.
System to Component Level Troubleshooting
Understands basic Electronic theory including digital circuits/logic, amplifiers, transistor theory, etc.
Knowledge of basic PC/Windows OS required, Linux experience a plus
Preference will be given to candidates with basic computer networking and computer architecture skills
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
Minimum Associates Degree in EET or related field
Two to five year minimum experience in an Electronics Technician role or related position.
Preference will be given to candidates that possess qualifications in:
IPC J-STD-001 Class 3
IPC-7711
IPC-7721
Holds or able to obtain a DoD Security clearance.
Exhibits basic computer skills.
Open to new manufacturing concepts and processes.
Adaptable to new environments.
Strong verbal and technical writing skills.
Has experience using test electronic test equipment.
Experienced with and able to use hand tools and small power tools, oscilloscopes, funtion generators, DMM and spectrum analyzers
Able to read, understand and follow technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions.
Able to work a set and consistent schedule.
Possesses and maintains a good attendance record and able to work overtime when required (nights and weekends).
Strong organizational tendencies and practices.
