| Job Description | ||||||||||||
|
Student Assistants will assist students &
faculty members with lab computers, printers, & software use. Everyday
duties include printer maintenance, locking/unlocking labs, answering questions
about basic Microsoft Office products, basic troubleshooting of classroom
technology in BTB classrooms, & answering Helpdesk calls when needed. Other
duties as assigned will support the IT Office, Helpdesk, Media & Event Staff.
