Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for a multifaceted ‘Program Manager / Physician Recruiter’ position. This position involves an array of responsibilities in the areas of program management; client relations; personnel and human resources management; and physician recruiting and retention. Program Manager responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with physicians and healthcare leaders Client-facing with a geographically-dispersed group of healthcare executives Ensuring contract compliance Authoring management reports Business development Representing Liberty Healthcare at various meetings and conferences throughout South Carolina Facilitating conference calls and meetings with client stakeholders Onboarding incoming physicians Proactively addressing and resolving a wide array of personnel issues Maximizing physician retention through the successful renegotiation of physician compensation and contracts Ensuring physician timecards are submitted and approved by established deadlines Monitoring training and ongoing credentialing compliance by staff physicians Physician recruiting responsibilities include: Headhunting and placing in-demand Psychiatrists into hospitals, mental health centers and other settings throughout South Carolina Developing pools of qualified candidates by proactively sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, liaising with residency programs, and other creative means Thoroughly vetting candidates to ensure their interests and credentials align with our internal and external clients’ needs and or organization’s high-performance culture Actively participating in phone, video, and in-person candidate interviews with hiring managers Proactively anticipating and resolving problems and obstacles during the recruiting cycle Successfully negotiating contracts and compensation within budget parameters As a valued full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare Corporation, you can expect a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. Regular travel to Liberty Healthcare’s client sites throughout South Carolina will be required, with travel expenses reimbursed.
Skills/Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following attributes: Proven leadership experience Experience managing healthcare-related services / operations Minimum of three years of experience successfully headhunting and placing in-demand professionals Successful recruiting track record and stable employment history Residence within two hours driving distance of Columbia Ability and willingness to travel to client sites throughout South Carolina Highly organized and detail-oriented Effective compensation and contract negotiating skills Outstanding client-facing and communication skills Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree Liberty Healthcare provides a wide array of health and human services to people throughout the United States.
