Job Description

Opportunities exist for qualified, capable and energetic Electronic Assembler to support manufacturing efforts     in the areas of:

  • Circuit card assembly
  • Electro-mechanical assembly

Development and refinement of manufacturing processes

Qualified applicants will perform assembly of complex electronic, mechanical and electro-mechanical products while working within a team environment as well as independently as required.  Rigorous product requirements demand strict attention to detail and an aptitude towards providing quality workmanship.



  • Electronic, Mechanical and Electro-mechanical assembly.

- Installs components and sub-assemblies in accordance with provided work instructions.

- Assembles printed circuit boards following specifications and work instructions.

- Uses electronic, hand powered, and pneumatic tools.

  • Keeps accurate records for build information, anomalies, defects and test data.
  • Maintains all manufacturing related equipment and facilities.
  • Contributes to the workplace organization initiatives.
  • Able to read, understand and follow technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions.
  • Provides feedback to manufacturing engineers on ways to improve procedural steps and process implementation.
  • Proficient in cable and wire harness assemblies.
  • Two to five year minimum experience in an Electro Mechanical Assembly role or related position.
  • Preference will be given to candidates that possess qualifications in:
  • IPC J-STD-001
  • IPC-A-600
  • IPC-A610
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620
  • IPC-7711
  • IPC-7721
  • Holds or able to obtain a DoD  Security Clearance
  • Exhibits computer skills
  • Open to new manufacturing concepts and processes.
  • Adaptable to new environments
  • Strong verbal and technical writing skills
  • Experienced with and able to use hand tools and small power tools
  • Able to work a set and consistent schedule
  • Possesses and maintains a good attendance record and able to work overtime when required (nights and weekends)
  • Strong organizational tendencies and practices.
