We have an opportunity for a great Project Manager to ensure delivery of Professional Services projects and maximize P2 revenues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities for multiple small to medium projects with complex delivery requirements, working with cross-functional teams focused on delivery of software projects to clients.
  • Monitor project delivery from initiation through completion to meet revenue and cost projections.
  • Formulate goals, identify key stakeholders, and manage project issue resolution for conflicting priorities.
  • Align with other projects. Track, monitor, and report activities. Analyze results. Present insights and best practices.
  • Develop, monitor, and review project budgets. Verify expenditures vs. actual and explain variances.
  • Coordinate and administer assignments, monitor team progress, and maintain schedules.
  • Develop, implement, and document procedures. Adhere to corporate communication standards and procedures. Obtain and provide required approvals.
  • Develop team members and provide ongoing professional guidance and direction.
  • Has key relationships with sales, development, support, and services; acting as a liaison between cross-functional groups.
  • Some travel is required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience
  • Oil & Gas industry knowledge highly preferred
  • Experience with Mid-Cap or Enterprise software solutions
  • PMP Certification is helpful, but not required.
