In this new role you will primarily be responsible for educating clients and prospects about ISG’s solutions through a well-defined content management strategy. This education will help drive lead generation and brand awareness through a data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategy.

This position is custom built for a top performer who has the ability to operate at a strategic level and enjoys the tactical nature as well as the art and science of content marketing. As an educator of ISG’s prospects you will have responsibility to create content, however, a larger focus is managing vendors and partners used to develop content, managing distribution of all content, and conducting research to tailor messaging to specific personas and their pain points.   • Own ISG’s educational content strategy for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Manage external vendors and partners hired to produce content.
  • Personally develop content and copy for blog, collateral, PR’s, case studies, presentations, etc.
  • Develop and manage content strategy for multiple buyer personas, verticals and solutions.
  • Develop and manage the content distribution calendar and strategy.
  • Create copy for diverse types of content- slicks, blogs, presentations, case studies, PR’s, etc. while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
  • Personally conduct research, internally and externally, to educate yourself on how to effectively engage across a diverse portfolio of solutions and prospect types.
  • Manage content marketing distribution through multiple mediums including social media, email and other resources.
  • Serve as company copy editor on internally and externally produced content.
  • Find and implement social strategies, tools and tactics and stay up to date on new developments.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing automation team lead to maximize return on content investment through defined data and metrics.

  • Have experience with content marketing best practices- specifically maximizing the content investment through repurposing/recycling.
  • Are analytical and data driven with the ability to manage metrics to analyze the return on content investment.
  • Have a proven track record working collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or relevant field is highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of content marketing creation, copywriting, digital marketing or acceptable combination of experience and education.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation, delivery, and negotiation skills.
  • Project management and vendor management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Organized and self-driven.
