For over 30 years, Vein Clinics of America (VCA) has been dedicated to the treatment of all aspects of Varicose Vein Disease (VVD).  Acknowledged as experts in the field, VCA has helped lead advances in the treatment of VVD.  And with 50 clinics across 15 states, we are growing!  We are currently seeking a Marketing Research Analyst to provide infomation and insight regarding consumer, marketing trends and campaign effectiveness to measure performance and support our business decisions at our corporate office in Downers Grove, IL.


  • Provide ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns and sales activities
  • Design research projects that answer specific business questions
  • Identify new market opportunities and work with customers to complete concept-testing
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, determine brand perceptions, evaluate market penetration and understand customer needs
  • Develop focus groups and surveys to capture market research data
  • Analyze market  metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability
  • Manage market segmentation, targeting, and positioning exercise
  • Build a marketing dashboard that visualized KPIs
  • Integrate customer satisfaction surveys into marketing decisions
  • Complete competitive analysis to maintain our competitive advantages
  • Conduct category analysis:  social, technological, economic and political
  • Integrate market research data with CRM  to create new leads
  • Monitor and track competitive advertisements, PR, and website messaging



  • Excellent knowledge of marketing principles
  • Strategic thinking skills, strong organizational/project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage the business strategy development process
  • Ability to analyze and interpret research and other research data for incorporation into strategy development
  • Creativity and innovation a must, and enjoy working in a dynamic, result-oriented environment
  • Exceptional written communication, good grammar, spelling skills in order to write marketing and sales materials
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills to present a polished Company image in all dealings with customers and the public
  • Presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and interact with physicians, scientists and health care providers across the company’s network in building the brand internally and externally


Skills & Requirements


  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing or market research
  • Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, and business processes
  • Strong project management, business writing, and reporting skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationship and work with senior level executives
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
  • Solid Strong computer skills including business intelligence and reporting software
  • Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Travel up to 25% or as required
