The Customer Service Manager will oversee the activities of the Customer Service Group to ensure the growth of the Natural Gas and Electric customer base (while maintaining NOCO’s reputation of integrity, reliability, and superior customer service).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years  management skills experience
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills to handle client enrollments, problems and inquiries.
  • Effective communication includes the ability to express thoughts clearly, listen carefully and respond appropriately
  • Strong computer skills, able to function in multiple systems
