<p> Shady Grove Fertility Center&nbsp;is America&rsquo;s largest and most progressive fertility center performing over 6,000 IVF cycles, including over 1,000 egg donation cycles, and an equal number of ovulation induction and IUI cycles annually. Twenty-nine reproductive endocrinologists as well as PhD scientists and&nbsp;over 500 highly specialized staff care for patients in 17 full-service offices and 4 satellite locations&nbsp;throughout the Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington, DC metropolitan areas.&nbsp;We offer a comprehensive range of fertility treatment options including Ovulation Induction, IUI, IVF, and Donor Egg as well as resources to comprehensively address patients&rsquo; needs - medical, emotional, and financial.&nbsp; The work we do, changing peoples&#39; lives and building families, offers stimulation, challenge, and personal reward.<br /> <br /> We have an immediate opening for a full-time IS/IT Technician to join our team.&nbsp; This position is based in our Rockville, MD HQ Office working regular business hours, Monday - Friday. Travel to our satellite offices in the Greater Washington &amp; Baltimore areas is required.</p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Responsibilities include:</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">-Primary Tier 1 on-site and remote support at all locations</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">-Ordering, installation, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computers and supporting software as well as routine network and server administration.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">-Assist in departmental projects to provide higher quality service</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">-Delivering high quality customer service to employees, physicians and vendors.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">-Planning &amp; managing equipment moves to new offices and setting up work spaces.</span></span></p> <p> &nbsp;</p>

Skills & Requirements

<p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Associates degree in a related field with 1 - 3 years of related experience. Additional work experience may be substituted for education requirements. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to ensure timely resolution of issues that affect users. Experience in Tier 1 support in an enterprise environment.&nbsp; Excellent customer service skills a must. Programming or networking experience is a plus.
