5 years Sales Management experience in a Direct Sales environment.
Telecommunications experience is a strong asset.
Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Exceptional analytical ability, as well as the capacity to think creatively to prove unique and innovative sales solutions.
Ability to drive sales teams and proven leadership skills with effective experience in training, managing, mentoring, and evaluating direct reports.
Normal office environment.
Must work extended hours as business needs dictate. This could include occasional evenings and weekends if needed.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
