Our client a fortune 500 Company located in Wilmington North Carolina is looking for Financial Services Coordinators for an upcoming class (December 9th, 2013)

In this position, you would work in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented call center environment. Your main responsibilities would be to handle heavy inbound and outbound customer calls for accounts that are 30, 60, 90-plus days past due in order to indentify and resolve outstanding issues for account rehabilitation and suspension prevention. This role requires the utilization of systems ACSS and CACS for initiating reconnections/suspensions and processing post dated and real time payments.
Our representatives work in a fast paced, intense and team oriented environment. Each representative handles 100+ inbound and outbound calls per day.
Target start date is December 9th, 2013
