Our client a fortune 500 Company located in Wilmington North Carolina is looking for Financial Services Coordinators for an upcoming class (September 29th, 2014)

These are Part/Time opportunities (not temporary) with an excellent benefit package starting on your first day.



In this position, you would work in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented call center environment.  Your main responsibilities would be to handle heavy inbound and outbound customer calls for accounts that are 30, 60, 90-plus days past due in order to indentify and resolve outstanding issues for account rehabilitation and suspension prevention. This role requires the utilization of systems ACSS and CACS for initiating reconnections/suspensions and processing post dated and real time payments.

Our representatives work in a fast paced, intense and team oriented environment.  Each representative handles 60+ inbound and outbound calls per day.



Target start date is September 29th, 2014

Skills & Requirements



  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Call center, customer service or collections experience preferred
  • Ability to handle escalated calls and demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with internal/external customers; listening, sharing information and troubleshooting their issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be comfortable multi-tasking; using a computer terminal to gather and research information
  • Ability to work between 7am – 9pm, Monday thru Friday; a minimum of one Saturday scheduled per month (8am-5pm) is required.
