Job Description

NOCO is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the digital media marketing strategy, execute successful marketing and advertising campaigns, prepare reports, and more. Under the direction of the Marketing Director and in close collaboration with the rest of the Marketing Team, this position plays a central role in our marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of directly relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital techniques and programs including:
    • SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and Webmaster Tools
    • WordPress and/or CMS
    • Email and Social Media Marketing
    • Blogging
  • Ability to manage internal and external communications, including relationships with our Canadian offices and customers
  • Ability to work with associates across all levels and functions
  • Manage all social media sites
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

 

Digital Channel Planning and Optimization

  • Evaluate new digital opportunities and make recommendations
  • Post-event analyses on all digital marketing and social media events to determine successes
  • Interaction with “friends” on social media sites; keeping fans current
  • Handle all aspects of social media contest logistics and giveaways
  • Develop effective and engaging strategies for our social media platforms
  • Effectively run SEO campaigns

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience with Facebook contests
  • Knowledge of W3C recommendations for ADA compliance
  • General e-commerce knowledge
  • CRM integration
  • Experience with Google+ Local and Yelp
  • Experience with mobile
