Call Center representatives respond to a variety of member inquiries, including some of the following:

  • Process transfers and balance inquiries on TVFCU member accounts
  • Maintain account records and effectively cross-sell products and services to our members.
  • Research, Identify, and resolve issues related to TVFCU Online banking system and Visa debit/ATM cards.
  • Respond to member emails.
  • Representatives are responsible for maintaining a high level of quality that is measured via our member quality service survey.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements

TVFCU requires that candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience in a bank/credit union environment preferred. Previous call center experience preferred.
