MRI Software is seeking a Training Specialist to join our Corporate Learning & Development team!  This position will be responsible for defining, developing, coordinating, delivering and assessing results of programs for both new and existing associates.  From on-boarding new hires, to on-going development of our team, this individual will partner to ensure maximum effectiveness of our company’s efforts and promote the development of our most important asset, our talent!

Skills & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, or equivalent training in a business or software environment.
  • 2 years of corporate training and/or coordination experience preferred.
  • Experience with instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies is highly desired.
  • Familiar with eLearning tools such as Camtasia or Captivate is preferred.
  • Understanding of or experience working with software development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information
  • Excellent communication, project management, presentation, time management, decision-making, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
