MRI Software is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to join our Corporate Learning & Development team! Do you want to work in a collaborative, creative environment where you can provide meaningful contributions while being challenged to grow?  This position will be responsible for defining, developing, coordinating, delivering and assessing results of programs for both new and existing sales representatives.  From on-boarding new hires to on-going development of our sales team, this individual will partner to ensure maximum effectiveness of our company’s sales efforts and promote the development of our most important asset, our talent!

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, or equivalent training in a business or software environment.
  • 2 years of corporate sales training experience, preferably outside sales in the software industry.
  • Experience with instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies is highly desired.
  • Understanding of and/or experience with selling methodologies and sales cycle preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management, decision-making, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
