Key results for our Contracts Administrator include:

  • Prepare initial drafts of various types of contracts and analyze requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with corporate policies
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of database for creating, editing, and managing corporate contracts
  • Ensure that all contracts are performance based and include specific and measurable deliverables that satisfy business objectives

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative or legal assisting role
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
