As an ambassador of Eataly products and services, our Document Scanner is responsible for helping to create and maintain quality experiences for each guest that comes to Eataly. Eataly ambassadors are expected to actively engage with guests and spend quality time with each customer.

Job Title: Hourly Document Scanner

Reports To: Document Manager

Job Description: Our Hourly Document Scanner is responsible for providing administrative support to the Accounts Payable team at Eataly.  We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills to scan, file, requisition and record documentation for all aspects and stages of the accounting process.  He or she will also be responsible for tagging, scanning and appropriately filing documents using KwikTag and other AP software. The Document Scanner will also support the team in miscellanous office tasks and assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

--Provides admin support to the Eataly AP team in the form of scanning, filing, document retrieval and record keeping.
--Tags and scans necessary documents using KwikTag; files documents accordingly after scanning.
--Maintains an organized, documented electronic and paper filing system.
--Communicates with the AP team on miscellanous office duties and provides admin assistance where needed.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

--At least 1 year of administrative experience preferred; experience in the hospitality and/or retail industries preferred.
--Extremely strong communication and organizational skills, with the initiative to track down needed information without prompting from supervisors.
--The flexibility and willingness to adjust his or her work schedule to suit urgent, last-minute tasks.
--Critical thinking skills, including a willingness to ask questions and seek out what is needed.
