Job Description

we are looking for a hard working assistant that is interested in growing as a HR professional and contributing to the unique momofuku culture
 
the hr assistant will be able to work in a varietry of capacities with the hr team, allowing room to be involved in all aspects of the department. duties include but are not limited to:
  • auditing new hire paperwork entry
  • electronic file maintenance
  • applicant tracking system maintenance
  • new hire paperwork maintenance
  • research: visas, employee retention ideas, employee education, etc.
  • HR policy/news updates
  • maintenance of HR drives, Exchange, Dropbox
  • employee review maintenance (cataloging)
  • benefit paperwork maintenance
  • payroll audits
  • staff  education coordination and assistance
  • employment verification calls and letters
  • making rounds and errands to/from the restaurant

Skills & Requirements

  • an interest in both human resources as well as the hospitality industry is strongly preferred
  • a keen sense of detail and organization is required
  • ability to work independently
