As an ambassador of Eataly products and services, our Busser is responsible for helping to create and maintain quality experiences for each guest that comes to Eataly. Eataly ambassadors are expected to actively engage with guests and spend quality time with each customer.

Reports To: Management and Assigned Server
Job Description: Communicates with and assists food servers to maintain efficient service and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-the-house area. Serves water, bread and butter/olive oil to guests, and provides refills as needed. Removes dirty dishes and utensils from tables between courses, and clears tables after guests leave. Replaces dishes and utensils for next course, and cleans and resets vacated tables. Returns dirty dishes, silverware, glassware and utensils to dishwashing area. May assist wait staff in serving tables with hot beverages such as coffee and tea.
Duties and Responsibilities:
--Receives assigned service area from host or manager at start of shift.
--Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-the-house, including all tables, chairs, floors, and other guest dining areas.
--May prepare beverages required for service, including coffee, iced tea and hot water.
--Greets guests as appropriate after they are seated in assigned area. Serves water, rolls and butter to guests. Refills as needed.
--Communicates with host/hostess and wait staff to maintain efficient service and guest satisfaction.
--May assist wait staff in serving tables during rush periods.
--Removes dirty dishes and silverware from guest tables between courses, and after guests leave the table. Replaces used dishes and silverware for the next course, and resets vacated tables. Returns dirty dishes, silverware and glassware to dishwashing area, sorting silverware, glassware and other items, placing them in the prescribed area for proper disposition.
--Adheres to all standard steps of service as recommended by department.
