what you'll be doing:

  • managing Executive’s calendar (sending daily schedules and reminders)
  • coordinating travel & detailed logistics for all events & trips
  • monitor and screen incoming phone calls and correspondence
  • liaison between Exectuive and Momofuku employees
  • assisting Executive in all professional matters as needed
  • other administrative tasks (phones, filing as necessary)
  • assist with all errands professional in nature

  • Tenacious, do-what-it-takes attitude
  • Discretion and professionalism at all times
  • 1-3 years of outstanding administrative experience in positions of increasing responsibility
  • Must be available via email after hours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Energetic and team-oriented with a "no task is too big or too small" mentality
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite as well as Google (email and calendars)
  • Basic knowledge of NYC restaurant scene, interest in restaurant and dining field preferred
