Job Description

Responsible for customer service activities and cross-selling opportunities through the customer service call center. Places and receives telephone calls related to customer business. Provides information to customers on various types of accounts, loan balances and other available services. May take consumer loan information over the telephone and is able to respond to questions pertaining to the consumer loan programs offered by the Bank. Participates in all sales promotions. This position requires regular, predictable and timely attendance at work to meet department workload demands.

Call Center Operations: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 9:00pm; Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm; Sunday: Noon - 5:00pm

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Knowledge of personal computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to learn, retain, and follow various policies and procedures of the bank
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Strong telecommunications skills
