The ideal Jr. HRIS Analyst will be experienced in providing systems and operational expertise to ACTIVE’s Global People organization through application of HR technology, personal knowledge and industry best practices. The People Operations Jr. HRIS  Analyst will own and manage our internal Jr. HRIS . 

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain the consistency and integrity of HR information systems by providing oversight and problem resolution
  • Align HR system processes and functionality with the needs of ACTIVE’s business leaders, line managers, and People team
  • Understand how HR system requirements are solved through technology and troubleshoot functional issues
  • Collaborate with key partners in other functions (e.g., IT, Payroll, Sales, and Finance) for on-going production support and enhancements/changes
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to manage interfaces, ensure accuracy of the interface data and translations, and maintain a timely flow of information between systems 
  • Coordinate the daily workflow of all Jr. HRIS  related information; Conduct workflow analyses as needed
  • Analyze data and build reports from our People related data resources to help formulate new and improved People strategies
  • Interact with employees and managers serving as a trusted advisor and key member of the People Operations COE (Center of Expertise)
  • Develop, document, implement and maintain related policies and procedures designed to collect, record and process employee information
  • Participate in systems implementation, enhancements and upgrades, including gathering/writing business requirements, consulting on functional specifications, developing test plans and developing recommendations for improvement

  • Major in Business, Economics, Accounting or related field
