Skills & Requirements

  • A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school; Tier I law school strongly preferred. (Active Texas Bar membership or application for reciprocity required.)
  • 2+ years of professional law experience working with a law firm or corporate in-house department focusing on transactional law with an emphasis on contract drafting, negotiations, and review of NDAs, Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.  
  • Technology or computer law experience preferred. Legal team experience required, not to be substituted with procurement or contract admin/management experience
