The Media Publishing Product Manager provides a vital role in the Media Publishing group at FranklinCovey. The Product Manager is responsible for maintaining project schedules, job estimates, and tracking weekly tasks to be performed by each team member. Projects include working with outside vendors on creation and distribuiton of books, audios, and other diriverative products to a consumer market. Other duties and responsabilities are managiing, maintaining, and running promotions on the department online webstore, invoicing and reconciling all project financials. This person must exhibit a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and self-direction.
Essential Job Functions o Oversee product creation and distribution scope, goals and deliverables that support business and revenue goals.
o Maintain project milestone schedules and deliverables.
o Influence project team members and contractors to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
o Manage vendor and distribution partner relationships.
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, and basic video editing
o Marketing and knowledge for webstore promotions o Ability to convert printed documents into digital format
