Ideal candidates will have proven HR experience in a fast-paced, growing organization and be able to support the day-to-day processes associated with HR and Benefits.    


  • Prepare new hire paperwork and benefit packets for orientations
  • Process new hire paperwork and enter into HRIS system
  • Process I-9 verifications through E-Verify
  • Data entry of benefit and 401k elections in HRIS system and associated benefit vendor sites including new hire elections, terminations, and changes
  • Create and maintain employee files for HR, benefits, and I-9
  • Process employment verifications
  • Familiar with FMLA, COBRA, STD/LTD paperwork, tracking, and reporting
  • Advise COBRA vendor for initial notices and qualifying events
  • Manage file feeds from HRIS system to benefit vendors
  • Assist with other tasks and assignments as assigned

Skills & Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred and 2-3 years of related experience in HR, Benefits and/or HRIS
  • Proven knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Possess proven ability to understand HR data and be responsible for the accuracy of HR data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
