Employee Services Administrator
to join our team!
With guidance and supervision, the Employee Services Administrator is responsible for assuring that our employees are set up for success at all points in the employee life cycle. The Employee Services component assures that all employees move through our talent management systems fluidly while onboarding and orienting to our work environment and culture with confidence and a full toolbox. Once working, this incumbent will assure that employees have access to any and all information in regards to employee benefits and accessible training opportunities. The communications component will assure that we remain well-informed as one USE unit, sharing access to USHG, changes in policy and procedure while supporting ongoing efforts to make USE A Great Place to Work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to hiring managers and accounting department

Successfully “on-board” all new hires by ensuring that all employees understand new hire paperwork, practices, and policies before they begin initial training.

Keep employees informed of all benefits-related activities, meetings and offerings.

Ensure all employees have the appropriate materials needed as a new hire.

Oversee the proper paperwork needed for successful employee transfer/termination.

Host open door hours and maintain information station where employees can ask questions.

Set up and scan all employee files

Help with payroll
On-Line Applicant Tracking and Talent Management Liaison.

Responsible for all external job posts.

Assist managers in reviewing resumes

Screens candidates for hire for 51% before advancement in interview process
Hosts weekly orientation for all USE employees.

Assures all new employees have a basic understanding of USHG businesses and culture.

Assures that job descriptions are up –to- date
Supports ongoing training for all employees.

Coordinates and schedules all employees to attend Danny New Hire Meeting.

Schedules manager training for NLO in conjunction with HR.

At least two years experience in hospitality/food/restaurant related industry
