Areas of Accountability:

  • Handle the retail counter and associated record keeping, including banking and inventory
  • Set-up new accounts
  • Make outside calls and receive inbound phone calls to maintain account relationships
  • Assist customer service department
  • Organize and execute sales calls and plans


  • Office experience and a confidence in working with Microsoft Office
  • 2 years of phone sales and customer service
