Job Description


Educational Requirement: HS diploma or GED, minimum  and clerical experience in office environment.

Responsibilities: Not limited to but will include clerical & administrative support for Executive Director, HR Dept. & Director of Nursing; Data entry using a computer; assist with hospitality (setting up for board meetings and special events); order & stock office and program supplies (also includes refrigerators at Main Center); oversee the use and maintenance of office and kitchen equipment; may perform routine errands; maintain schedule for the use of conference room; maintain worker's compensation files; attend scheduled staff meetings; document incidents and/or unusual problems immediately; maintain data for MAC I & II in-service, training & monitoring; serve as the relief assistant at front desk and perform other duties as assigned. Applicants must possess professional verbal skills and effective organizational skills.  Must be able to multi-task and develop effective systems with checks and balances.

Collect and maintain Center training records utilizing computer software system; Compose training schedules for in-services and TB screenings.  Notify & schedule employees for appropriate in-services; High level of telephone interaction which includes in and outbound calls; Maintain confidentiality; File and maintain employee records appropriately; Compose departmental reports; Dependability is a key requirement for this position.  Clerical and/or Office Administration experience, required.
