Marketing Coordinator


Jamf is looking for an energetic and driven self-starter with a high level of initiative to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the tactical execution of marketing projects, overseeing day-to-day priorities and deliverables, serving as a liaison for key stakeholders, and evaluating campaign effectiveness for Jamf Now. In this role, you will ensure marketing efforts are timely and coordinated, well executed, and align with department and company goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, drives innovation, has a positive attitude, and is a true team player. 



  • Execute marketing strategies to support lead generation activities
  • Work with internal resources to support email creation, advertising, collateral, and other activities
  • Create project plans in the Basecamp project management tool to manage resources, budgets, and deadlines
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure successful execution of live and web-based events, including webinars and tradeshows
  • Conduct research, evaluate vendors, prepare presentations, secure speakers, send out promotional materials, and assist with logistics
  • Assist with creating email campaigns in Marketo, including content creation, audience segmentation, quality assurance, and performance measurement
  • Report on lead generation results, conduct data scrubbing, and monitor email deliverability
  • Research and present new advertising and media buying opportunities that map to strategic objectives
  • Keep track of competitor marketing tactics and present findings
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and technologies; utilize findings to improve email, event, and advertising performance
  • Compile, track, and analyze email campaign performance and recommend adjustments as needed
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, serving as a liaison to establish quotes, manage expectations, and procure deliverables
  • Inventory materials, promotional products, and technology
  • Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (Preferred); a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • Experience in a results-driven marketing role (B2B industry preferred)  (Required)
  • Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred) (Required)
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred)  (Required)
  • Basic experience with HTML creation or CSS a plus 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent time and project management with exceptional attention to detail (Experience with Basecamp a plus)
  • Desire and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to relate to and work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Passion for marketing; you genuinely love the field you’re in and want to continue learning
