Job Description

Do you have a passion for business systems and data? Do you want to work in an environment where systems are highly valued and invested in? Are you looking for an opportunity to partner with best in class companies to help take them to the next level?

Vista Consulting Group helps drive value creation through operational excellence, and the tip of the VCG spear is the Business Applications team (BOSS). The BOSS team gets involved in every new portfolio company early in the investment in order to help the company transition to best practice processes by implementing a best practice systems footprint. BOSS is widely recognized as one of the most important steps in the entire value creation process.

Ideal candidates will be equally comfortable having an executive level conversation about Best Practice business processes as well as sitting down with a consultant to review and optimize detailed technical requirements.
