The US Marketing Team members are responsible for the commercial promotion of assigned product. This entails ownership in the development and execution of mission critical strategies and tactics that ensure optimal positioning, demand, utilization, and overall growth of the brand. The AD Marketing Strategy and Promotions will be responsible for gaining insights to inform strategies and tactics to maximize on-label adoption of product.
While the core responsibilities of this role will be developing our strategies and tactics for the Medical Oncologist audience, the success of select product requires talented marketers with the ability to significantly contribute beyond their role. This includes all aspects of brand management. Strong teamwork, collaboration, communication, presentation skills and a commitment to compliance with all laws and regulations of our industry are a must for success in this role.
Develop industry leading strategies and tactics
to support the important needs of our Oncologist customers and
insights to identify anticipated drivers and barriers of product adoption
closely with our Marketing (and cross-functional teams) to align core messages
and brand story with the broader promotional platform
participate as a member of the Marketing Team to meet or exceed brand metrics
closely with our regulatory team to ensure compliance with all industry laws and
- Coordinate submission
of tactics to Medical, Legal review committee
- Act as Marketing
point for Product Team, a Sales and Marketing cross functional working group
- Lead collaboration
efforts between Marketing and Sales Training
directed tactics from development through regulatory submission:
- Assist in the Management of the AOR based tactics and leading through
the overall budgets and timelines and development required.
- Assist in the development and execution of our print media plans.
- Assist in the development
of promotional tactics tailored for use at major conferences.
