PHYSICAL, COGNITIVE, SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS ANALYSIS
* Standing/walking/sitting/lifting/pushing/pulling.
* Lift and carry tables, chairs, and dance floor pieces to designated areas.
* Push and pull dance floor carts, risers, podiums, table and chair carts over carpeted hallways, thresholds, and over elevator tracks.
Dance floor carts: 300 lbs (100 lbs. push/pull force required)
Table carts: 100 lbs (30 lbs. push/pull force required)
Stages: 80 lbs (30 lbs. push/pull force required)
* Awareness of physical movements while working in a highly active and potentially dangerous environment.
* Constant bending, lifting, pushing and pulling.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Basic comprehension of the English language.
2. Ability to communicate clearly and receive direction.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast paced environment.
4. Physically capable of performing repetitive heavy lifting, pulling and pushing movements.
