Job Description

This is the job for you if you:

• Have previous industrial mixing experience
• Are comfortable with day shift - 6:45am - 3pm  
• Are comfortable with repetitive lifting up to 50lbs
• Want to work in a unionized environment
• Like working overtime

Responsibilities:

• Scale ingredients according to formula.
• Loading and unloading ingredients in mixing bowl
• Operate mixer
• Check dough temperature for every batch
• Push mixing bowl to the dough pump to Operations – help dough chunker once mixing of ingredients is complete
• Retrieve boxes/bags of ingredients and replenish ingredient bins as needed.
• Filling in pre-shift inspections/pre-ops, accurate and timely record keeping
• Maintain general cleanliness of the work area.

Skills & Requirements

• Willing to work day shift - 6:45am - 3pm
• Comfortable with heavy repetitive lifting
• Previous food manufacturing mixing experience highly preferred
