Office Coordinator- Full Time


What you Will Be Doing

  • Greet and create a welcoming office environment to all visitors, clients, and candidates
  • Contribute recommendations and participate in the recruiting cycle, hiring and new hire orientation
  • Execute the planning and organization of team outings and employee celebrations
  • Provide support in ordering weekly lunches, morning meetings, and office supplies & snacks
  • Work closely with building facilities, and providing credentials to guests and employees entering the office
  • Support ongoing team goals, initiatives, and programs
  • Add to our culture by bringing an outgoing and positive attitude to the team
  • Execute ad hoc requests as they come up


What You Need for This Position

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and an enthusiasm for building relationships
  • Demonstrate an ability to multitask and an eye for detail
  • Self-motivated to take on new tasks and responsibilities and make improvements where needed to improve our environment and culture
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills
