We’re looking for Platform Solutions Consultants to join Cvent’s Client Services team. As a product expert, you will join and support our dynamic, close-knit Client Services department and contribute to our best in-class customer service experience. Platform Solutions Consultant will support our Client Success Consultants on the more technically advanced features of the Cvent platform, act as a product and technical support resource for CSCs on calls with clients and assist with engaging the client's technical resources, if applicable.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and understanding of integrations when assisting colleagues and clients both on the phone and via email
  • Assist in troubleshooting and configuring specified integrations based on the client’s needs and requirements
  • Gather client requests for future releases of the product and collaborate with the technology team on customer requirements
  • Collaborate with the technology team when new functionality is introduced
  • Assist clients in the onboarding phase with added integrations, implementing in their accounts and understanding their needs
  • Collaborate with content team to develop and enhance knowledge base articles and client facing documentation
  • Train Client Success Team on new advanced functionality and integrations
  •  Assist with client questions via the Support Community

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • In addition to being comfortable using general office software applications; sales automation products such as and web collaboration tools like WebEx, you will need a deep understanding of the Cvent event management tool
  • General understanding and/or experience with other Cvent tools is a plus
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Internal transfers must be in good standing with Cvent and performance – minimum 18 months in CSC role is preferred.  

Areas of Expertise Desired

  • Out-of-the-Box Integrations, including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Concur Travel, Concur Expense, HCP and WebEx
  • Custom Integrations, API and other customer integrations
  • Cross-Product, including Inquisium, CrowdCompass, Abstract Management, Appointments, eMarketing, CSN, Strategic Meetings Management
