Digital Marketing Analyst (Social Platform and Programmatic Advertising)

What You Will Be Doing

-          Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter across different Cvent product lines and countries to drive quality visitor traffic and generate quality leads at a desired CPL

-          Develop audience segments that align with product line goals, and build, launch, and optimize campaigns to engage with those audiences

-          Collaborate with product stakeholders, informing strategy and programmatic media buying best practices

-          Collaborate with programmatic advertising vendors to launch cross-device campaigns in Demand-Side and Content Distribution Platforms

-          Monitor ad delivery and discrepancies across multiple measurement platforms

-          Identify campaign optimization opportunities in the form of audience targeting, landing pages, etc.

-          Run reports and provide campaign performance insights during and post-campaign

-          Maintain relationships with publisher networks and sites to grow access to high quality inventory

Skills & Requirements

What You Need For This Position

·         Bachelors’ degree required

·         2-3 years of experience in digital marketing in-house or at an agency

·         Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with paid social (LinkedIn preferred) implementation and optimization

·         Good experience of leveraging social media platforms for content marketing (B2B experience preferred)

·         Understanding of online ad formats and specs including video, mobile, and native

·         Experience working with DSPs and Content Distribution Networks

·         Understanding of RTB, private marketplace, and programmatic direct

·         Understanding of website tracking tags (Conversion and retargeting)

·         Eagerness to learn emerging programmatic tactics and ad technologies in order to consistently deliver informed programmatic media solutions and overall innovation

·         Experience managing large online marketing budgets (preferred)

·         Proven experience of building and targeting different types of campaigns, such as InMail or Sponsored Content, in Facebook & LinkedIn

·         Good understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

·         AdWords experience a plus

·         Working knowledge of HTML & CSS

·         Good working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

·         Must have multi-tasking ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

·         Experience with Optimizely or similar A/B testing tools a plus

·         Experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital attribution, and campaign management a plus
