Job Description
• Manage team of research associates - coach, give feedback and motivate team members through clear communication and appropriate delegation to ensure high quality output
• Ascertain the High-quality delivery of projects
• Plan the execution of projects basis the requirement and work with Internal stakeholders in the HC Teams (across all offices) to manage the end to end delivery of the projects
• Create Goals for the Project and align the plan of execution accordingly
• Work in quick turnaround (yet insightful) environments and able to handle multiple projects with ease
• Run required set of projects to understand the performance and help Management get update on the ROI from time to time
• Prioritize/de-prioritize projects basis the business requirement
• Responsible for shaping and delivering various projects in the team. Also, should be able to drive and work on independent projects with minimum intervention of manager
• Identifying value addition scope in current processes and taking initiatives to improvise these processes leading to an increase in efficiency
Skill set Required
• Research professional with excellent secondary research skills and good knowledge of market analysis
• Expert understanding of business issues/requirements and translating them into project priorities
• Effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and mentor people and identify development plans
• Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Ability to understand the link between business needs, data and its application
• Good innovative thinking abilities and solution-oriented approach to work
• Prior exposure to the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
Work-Experience & Education
• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in research
• Post Graduate – PGDM/MBA preferred
